Love Your Skin Again
As we love summer- summer often does NOT love our skin. Fresh air and fresh fruits are certainly good for us but the healthiest sun-kissed look really comes from the bottle not the beach.
Acne prone skin is not an exception and requires a special attention by the end of the summer and in the Fall since summer sun, salty water and outdoor fun may actually require you to apply extra moisture to your skin WITHOUT clogging your pores and exasperating your acne symptoms.

Steaming is essential for blemished skin to increase circulation, improve the flow of oils and promote the elimination of toxins. Moisture hydrates the skin and encourages cellular rejuvenation. Be careful not to burn the skin and choose from any of the following herbs to prepare a decongestant steam:
When finished - drink at least one full glass of water (8oz) to replace lost fluids.
Avoid steaming if you suffer with Rosacea or if your skin is aggravated by hot humid climates.
